Refund policy
At Tranlepotum, operated by TRANLEPOTUM MARKETING LLC (EIN 42-5311602), we sell digital products, including woodworking eBooks, furniture and workshop build plans, cut lists, and downloadable woodworking guides.
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Digital Products
No physical item is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to a digital product through email, download link, order confirmation page, or another online delivery method.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Not reading the product description.
- Expecting a physical book, printed plans, lumber, or hardware.
- Personal dislike of the project, measurements, format, or content.
- Device or software incompatibility.
- Results that vary depending on tools, materials, skill level, or workshop setup.
Exceptions
We may review a refund request if:
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access due to a technical issue.
- The file is defective and we cannot replace it.
- You received the wrong product.
- There is clear evidence of an unauthorized transaction.
To request help, contact us at info@tranlepotum.com with your name, order email, order number if available, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method when possible.
